Terms and Conditions of Service

 

1. All work will commence upon receipt of a signed contract.

2. Clients provided with hourly ad-hoc support are be billed fortnightly.

3. Retained hours are billed in advance of the execution of the Services specified in the Statement of Work and issued on the first of the month.

4. A 50% deposit of a project fee is due on the acceptance of terms.  Balance due on completion of the project.

5. Project fees can be subject to revision if the project parameters change.

6. My rates include time spent on the assignment, liaison with the client by telephone, email or face-to-face meetings including initial briefings.  Any additional specific costs incurred such as stationery, postage, packaging will be charged separately at cost price.

7. Standard hours are Monday – Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm.  Support outside of these times, or urgent work, is possible but will incur a premium of 25% on the hourly rate.
